Valued Insight Counseling is conveniently located on the East West Highway in downtown Bethesda directly adjacent to Bethesda Chevy Chase High School. The red line, Bethesda metro stop is less than a five minute walk and J2/J3 bus stop is located on the corner in front of the office building.
I work by appointment only. My hours are flexible and I usually have daytime and evening appointments available throughout the week. Please contact me to discuss how our schedules may fit.

Currently I accept Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Carefirst, but this may change so please contact me for more information. If your insurance accepts claims for out of network providers I can assist you in utilizing these benefits by providing you with a superbill that will include all necessary information.
