Psychotherapy for Adults

A therapist can be a facilitator to help you discover the unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you feeling stuck.  You can learn how to practice self-compassion and strengthen the positive qualities you already have.  I offer individual and family therapy sessions as needed to help my clients reach the goals we develop collaboratively.  Some of the techniques I utilize draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.

Rates: $150/50 minute individual therapy session; $150/60 minute initial consultation; $170/60 minute family therapy session.

**If cost is keeping you from pursuing counseling, please contact me, and we may be able to find other solutions.

Family consultation

I provide professional consultation to families and loved ones of adults with mental illness. Support, guidance and education are provided, with the goal of helping them to understand their family member's diagnosis, to respond in a manner most helpful, and to support them in a way that maintains their own sense of well-being. Assistance with navigating community resources is also provided as needed.

Rates: $170/60 minute consultation session

Group Sessions

There is so much power and healing that can happen in groups. Sometimes we need a place to work on ourselves in the company of other strong and resilient human beings that may share some similar experiences.   In a safe environment I can help you explore common struggles together, share feelings, and learn new skills.  Group sessions are provided to work on core themes such as depression, anxiety,  mindfulness,  self-esteem, and grief.   Please contact me for more information on upcoming groups.
